Welcome!

Thank you for visiting my page!  I am so excited to begin my 9th year at Hudson High School and I look forward to getting to know all my wonderful students and their families. Developing meaningful relationships with my students is of the utmost importance to me.  I believe that learning is best achieved when it is delivered through compassionate and caring ways paired with high expectations in a student-centered classroom.

It is my pledge as a teacher to give all my students the tools (intellectual, mental, emotional, and physical) necessary to reach the expectations I set for them.  This year I will be teaching A.P. Government and Politics, Honors U.S. History, and U.S. History.  These courses offer so many opportunities to practice critical thinking skills that in turn create globally-minded, thoughtful, active, citizens.  I encourage all students to expand their minds and use history as a springboard for creating a better today and a more successful tomorrow.
