Hello! I am so excited about this upcoming school year! I am fortunate to be teaching on a 5th grade team with Mrs. Kristin Grant and Mr. Matt McGown.
This year will be my third year at Hudson, and 7th year as an Intervention Specialist. Before coming to Hudson, I taught in the Cincinnati area and also spent a year teaching online. Prior to working as an Intervention Specialist, I spent a year and a half working as a full-time tutor in a K-5 Special Education Classroom for students with Emotional Disturbance. My experience ranges in grades K-8, with the majority of my time being in the 4-5 grade range.
I currently live in Kent with my husband, Vince, and our son, Vernon (4). In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, running, getting coffee/finding dairy-free baked goods, reading, and spending time with family. I am looking forward to getting to know each and every one of you this school year! I am confident it will be an amazing year together!
