I grew up in Kirtland, Ohio and graduated in 1985 and then attended Wake Forest University and graduated with a Business Degree in 1989.  After working in business in Atlanta, GA for a couple of years, I moved back to Ohio and completed a Master's degree at the University of Akron.  After doing the corporate shuffle following my wife for 7 years (I taught at 4 schools in 7 years), we moved to Hudson in 2000.  I have taught most of the math courses offered at the high school and currently am teaching Contemporary Math and AP AB Calculus.

My son, Will, is a senior at Kent State University and is a member of Men's golf Team.     My daughter, Emma is a junior at Auburn University and is a member of their National championship Equestrian team.  My wife, Kris, is a co-owner of a tack shop, Chagrin Saddlery, in Chagrin Falls.
