Welcome to Mrs. Wallace's Website
Hello! My name is Katielynn Wallace and this year will be my 17th year of teaching in the Hudson City School District. Currently for the 2023/24 school year, I will be working as an Intervention Specialist at Hudson Middle School on the 8 Franklin team. In the past, I've taught 3rd grade at McDowell Elementary School for 6 years. I also taught on the 7 Service team at Hudson Middle School for two years. This will be my seventh year working with 8 Franklin. I have an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education (Pre-K - 3rd) and a Masters degree in Special Education (K-12). I received both degrees from Kent State University. I am also Highly Qualified in the areas of Language Arts and Math.
I am a mother of a very vibrant 12 year old boy and a 9 year old little girl. I am an avid gardener and dog lover of our favorite yellow lab, Buddy Boy! I'm looking forward to another great school year!
