• Ask either in person or by email.
• Send a request for a college recommendation through Naviance.
• Use the spauldil@hudson.k12.oh.us email address to request and send materials. 
• Download and complete the forms using the links below. 
• Please send a copy of your high school resume. 
• You can send all forms by email or drop them off in person in C103. 
• Please allow a minimum of two weeks for completion.
• Pay close attention to due dates.
