Hello. My name is Mr. George Prokopovich. I am ecstatic to be teaching in the Hudson City School district. This will be my seventh year as a Physical Education/Health teacher at Hudson Middle School and I am also a Track coach here at HMS.  I am in my 16th year as a PE teacher.  Prior to Hudson, I spent 9 years in the Parma City School district teaching PE and coaching four different sports (Pole Vault 10 years, Basketball six years, Soccer two years, and Kicking/Punting coach three years).  I look forward to meeting the needs of all students who I encounter and providing a great environment for learning.  

I am a proud graduate of North Royalton high school.  I studied Physical Education, and graduated with a  B.S. K-12 Physical Education degree from Ohio University (Athens). I obtained my Master's degree in K-12 Curriculum Instruction and Assessment from Marygrove College (Detroit, Michigan).  I am a proud family man.  I enjoy spending time with my wife (Jennifer), six-year-old son (George), three and a half-year-old daughter (Emerson) and our two dogs.  I enjoy playing, watching and coaching all sports.  I am an outdoor enthusiast and love spending time on the lake.
