Best way to kick off 2020...with students discussing #OneWord2020. Mine is Opportunity. Changing the words “I have to” to “I get to” helps the mind shift toward gratitude and opportunity! PLUS we have the amazing OPPORTUNITY to move into a brand new HMS in 2020!

We are honored to welcome our guest educators through Kent State University. These Fulbright Scholars are among the top educators in Saudi Arabia, spending a year in the US learning with us. We appreciate opportunities like this that allow us (and our students) to create global connections that help us better understand one another and learn from each other.

Students share "What are you reading now?" with one another in 7th grade Language Arts class. Book talks with our media center specialist on a number of new titles help spark even greater enthusiasm for reading!
