    Please have students use hand sanitizer after every academic block.

    Arrival

    Enter building, use hand sanitizer.

    Students use hand sanitizer.

    Before Lunch

    Students wash hands or use hand sanitizer.

    After Lunch

    Students wash hands or use hand sanitizer.

    Dismissal

    Students wash their hands or use hand sanitizer.

    Lunchroom

    • Students are 6ft. apart during lunches.
    • Students wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before and after they eat.
    • Daily, students complete a Google form (via QR code at each table) to document their table for lunch.  
    • Once seated, students are not allowed to leave their seat during lunch.

    Lockers

    • Students only have access to lockers before school and after school.  
    • Between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. students are not be able to access lockers to avoid restricting flow of hallway traffic.
    • Special exemptions are being handled on a case by case basis, approved by administration.

    Hallways

    • Hallway directionality was taught to students and signage is visible.
    • Stairwells have been designated by grade level, and are one way according to the bell schedule.
    • Hallways and stairwells are split in half - with directional arrows on the floor.  
    • Floor decals are used throughout the building in designated areas to provide visual guides for physical distancing (restrooms, clinic, lunch lines, teachers desk, office area, etc.).

    Bus Arrival/Dismissal

    Arrival

    • Students arrive and are admitted into the building.  
    • Students must report to either the commons or media center.  They may only be in other areas of the building if they are meeting with a teacher.  At 7:30 a.m., students are being permitted to go to their classrooms.
    • Students use hand sanitizer as they enter the building.

    Dismissal

    • Students wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before leaving the building.
    • Students report directly to their bus and their assigned seats.

    PPU Arrival/Dismissal

    Drop-off

    • Parents should drop off students at typical locations (normal procedure).
    • We recommend that drop off not occur before 7:30 a.m.

    Pick-up

    • Parents pick up students at typical locations.
    • Parents picking up students at front circle, do not arrive prior to 3:15 p.m.
    • When picking up in the senior lot, parents should park in a space and remain in car.

    Student Drivers

    • Upon arrival, we recommend that student remain in their car until 7:50 a.m.

    Walkers/Bikers

    • No changes to typical procedures.
