• Sending a Student to the Clinic

    If a student has a known medical condition (such as allergies or asthma) with known associated symptoms, parents can contact their healthcare provider and obtain medical documentation verifying the condition and associated symptoms. The documentation can be provided to the school clinic at the start of school for students.

    Without an associated medical condition and the appropriate documentation, anyone with COVID symptoms will be sent home. 

    COVID symptoms include a temperature of 100.0 F or higher, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, congestion, runny nose, diarrhea, upset stomach.
