    Congratulations on having a graduating senior!!

     

    If the district owes you money, this will be refunded in one of the following ways:

    1. If you have another child in the district, and your senior has a positive balance in his/her lunch account, we will move the money to the next oldest sibling. You do not need to contact our office.

    2. If your senior has a positive balance of $5 or more in his/her lunch account and has no sibling in the district, we will refund the money in the form of a check. These checks will be processed in late June and mailed to your home. You do not need to contact our office.

    3. If your senior has a positive balance of $5 or less in his/her lunch account and has no sibling in the district, you must contact our office to request a refund. To do so, please call 330-653-1203 or email meyera@hudson.k12.oh.us.

     

    If your senior has a negative balance, please pay the money owed online at www.mypaymentsplus.com if you have an account set up. You may also send cash or a check made payable to Hudson City Schools. You can turn this in at the HHS main office or mail it to the Nutrition Services office (2440 Hudson Aurora Rd. Hudson, OH 44236).

    THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!! If you have auto replenish set up on your My Payments Plus account, please make sure you turn off this option so that money is not added to your senior's account after it has been closed.  As a reminder, students may not make any purchases from the cafeteria after their account has been closed, and they have a $0 balance.
