Mrs. Trudy Kaltner

I have had the pleasure of working at Hudson High School since 2005. Prior to joining the Hudson community, I spent three years teaching in the Cleveland City Schools. 

I co-teach English 9 with Mrs. Christie Annichine and Mrs. Jennifer Chiwaki. Our successful partnerships are built on shared beliefs and mutual respect, and having two teachers in the classroom allows us to use a variety of techniques to meet the needs of all students. 

I also work with students in the study strategies setting, where I facilitate their academic progress and social development. I encourage students to be aware of their strengths and their needs so they can become good advocates for themselves in all settings. I work cooperatively with families, colleagues, and the community to promote the success and well being of all students as they prepare for future endeavors. 

I live in Hudson with my husband Steve and our dog Bella. In our free time we enjoy traveling, attending concerts, and cheering on Notre Dame during college football season!
