Mrs. Trudy Kaltner

I have had the pleasure of working at Hudson High School since 2005. Prior to joining the Hudson community, I spent three years teaching in the Cleveland City Schools.

I have been co-teaching English 9 with Mrs. Christie Annichine since starting at Hudson High School. Our successful partnership is built on shared beliefs and mutual respect, and having two teachers in the classroom allows us to use a variety of techniques to meet the needs of all students.

I also work with students in the study strategies setting, where I facilitate their academic progress and social development. I encourage students to be aware of their strengths and their needs so they can become good advocates for themselves in all settings. I work cooperatively with families, colleagues, and the community to promote the success and well being of all students as they prepare for future endeavors.

I live in Hudson with my husband, Steve, and our dog, Charley. In our free time we enjoy traveling, attending concerts, and cheering on Notre Dame during college football season!
