We encourage all families to compete an online Free & Reduced Lunch Application through their PaySchools Central account.  A new application must be completed after July 1 of each school year.  To determine eligibility for free or reduced-price meals, please submit an online application found at the "Free & Reduced Lunch Application" tab on the left or download and print the application below and return to Evamere Administrative Building, 76 N. Hayden Parkway, Hudson, OH  44236.

The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
