genetic information, and any other legally protected characteristics.

Inquiries about applicable Federal and/or State laws that prohibit discrimination on the basis of Protected Classes may be referred to the District Compliance Officer and/or Federal and/or State agencies that have jurisdiction over such unlawful conduct (e.g., the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights (“OCR”), the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (“OCRC”).
