Welcome to my website! I am an Intervention Specialist on the eighth grade Oviatt team. This year I will be in Math 8 classes with Mrs. Craven, Language Arts class with Mr. Fejes, and American History with Mrs. Lawler. I also love supporting students in Mrs. Mancuso's science class! This is my eleventh year as an Intervention Specialist for middle school students, and my sixth at Hudson Middle School. I received my undergraduate degree from Ohio University and my masters degree from Notre Dame College in the area of special education. I am passionate about forming relationships with my students and guiding them in the formation of their academic, social and emotional skills. Please refer to the class teachers' Google calendar links for current homework assignments, projects and tests/quizzes for the classes you are taking. In my time away from school I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons, James and Ben. We love playing with our dogs and spending time outdoors. In my spare time I am an avid reader, and I am always looking for book recommendations from my students. I am so excited to have a great year with the eighth grade Oviatt students and teachers!
