HIIII :) I am so happy you are here! 

I truly LOVE my job! Being a teacher has been a life-long dream and I am VERY blessed to be teaching at Ellsworth Hill! Hudson City Schools holds a special place in my heart because I completed my field experience and student teaching at McDowell Elementary. In December 2015, I graduated from Kent State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. The following summer, I enrolled for my Masters of Education in Reading at Bowling Green State University and obtained my K-12 Reading Endorsement. I was a substitute teacher throughout the Hudson City School District for the 2016-2017 school year. The following year, I was able to establish my own classroom, teaching reading at Mcdowell Elementary/Ellsworth Hill! Teaching children reading and writing has always been my passion. I was lucky to have the opportunity to focus on helping children become life-long readers for three years. In the summer of 2019, I finished my Masters of Education in Reading from Bowling Green State University and applied to have a classroom full of sweet second graders! This is my third year teaching second grade munchkins! :) 

My goal is to create a safe and loving environment where my students feel confident and comfortable to achieve success!
