Kindergarten Registration

    Step 1: Pre-registration

    Kindergarten pre-registration will take place online. Please complete the online pre-registration.

    Step 2: Registration

    Where: Evamere Elementary School, 76 N. Hayden Parkway, 330-653-1226
    When: March 3 and March 4 (9:30-11:30 AM; 1:00-3:00 PM and 5:00-7:00 PM)

    What to bring with you to registration:
    There are multiple documents required for registration. Please complete the online registration and bring the following documents with you to registration:

    • Proof of Residency Form (i.e. lease/rental agreement, purchase agreement, deed or title)
    • Parent Questionnaire
    • Tuition Deposit (for All Day) - All-day kindergarten is guaranteed to those that complete the online registration and pay the $200 deposit on registration days, March 3 and 4.
    • Current Immunization Records


    By law, a copy of your child’s current immunization record and original state certified Birth Certificate is required. A child must be 5 years old by September 30 to qualify for kindergarten. A copy of a Custody Statement is required if a child does not reside with both natural parents.

    First Day of School: An up-to-date Immunization Record is required on the first day of school. It is optional to provide a dentist’s report.

    Once all items are received, your child will be registered as an Evamere student!

    Step 3: Kindergarten Parent Orientation

    Kindergarten Parent Orientation will be held on April 8 at 6:30 PM at Hudson Middle School (77 North Oviatt Street).
