My name is Moses Wang. People call me Mr. Wang or Wang laoshi (means teacher in Chinese). I was originally from Taiwan. I enjoy teaching because of all the relationships I build with my students. Helping my students to succeed has been one of my greatest goals in teaching Chinese. I hope my students feel excited to learn when they walk in my classroom, and when they leave the class, they acquire the language and cultural knowledge and skills and are ready to apply them in real life. Other than teaching, I love music. I play piano, guitar and trumpet. I also compose songs for my students to learn Chinese. The songs and music have enriched my life as well as my students’ experience in the classroom. I hope to get to meet you all soon (no matter if you are taking Chinese) My room number is C108. Placement test: If you speak Chinese at home, studied Chinese on your own or have lived in China that you have the language skills exceeding from the basic level and would like to be placed into a higher level Chinese class, please contact me for a Chinese placement interview. We will set up a short interview to get to know your background and your language skill. From this interview, we will find the class that best suits your level of capacity!
