    "As the Chief Financial Officer of the Hudson City School District, my responsibilities encompass the receipt of, accounting for, and disbursement of all funds of the school district as required by applicable laws and in accordance with board regulations and policies.  I also serve as the secretary to the board of education and, as such, records and maintains custody of board meeting minutes, files and certifies certain documents.  The statutory duties of the treasurer are set forth in Sections 3313.22 through 3313.32 ORC.

    My commitment to our school district is to provide accurate and timely information related to our income versus expenses.

    As the CFO of our school district, I value and expect to earn your trust and respect.  Thus, I will act in an honest, open, and responsible manner."

  • Hudson City School District received the Association of School Business Officials International’s (ASBO) Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting award for having met or exceeded the program’s high standards for financial reporting and accountability.   

    The District has earned the Auditor of State Award with Distinction for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 audits. Clean and accurate record keeping are the foundation for good government, and taxpayers can take pride in our commitment to accountability.
