    Welcome to Team Trailblazer!

    My name is Mr. Michael Brown and I will be teaching Math 7 and Math 8 on the Trailblazers team! I have enjoyed teaching as a middle school educator since 2015. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Middle Childhood Education, a Masters in Educational Leadership, and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction. In addition, I look forward to coaching our varsity basketball team at Hudson High School this season. 

    We will strive to make this an enjoyable year of growth and learning for all! Students will be taught the Ohio Learning Standards for Math via the CPM curriculum. The College Prep Math curriculum is built on collaboration, communication, and problem solving. We will utilize technology in both courses as we plan to work with Ipads, Google Classroom, and CPM online. I will do my best to be available to both students and parents.
