Hello and welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! 

My name is Melanie O'Neil. I am the Intervention Small Group Teacher for Reading with a focus on the Wilson Reading Program. 

I am excited to join the East Woods team! This is my 4th year teaching. I have my Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Miami University; my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education from Cleveland State University; and my Reading Endorsement, K-12. 

I have taught as a Title 1 Reading Teacher, K-2; Intervention Specialist for 3rd and 4th grades; and a Structured Literacy Specialist for K-4.
