Welcome to Mrs. O'Connor's math class! We're going to have a tremendous year. Get ready to work hard, but I promise we'll have lots of fun along the way.
I'm excited to share my 29th year of teaching 6th grade math with you during this 2018-2019 school year.

Integrity Homework Policy:
- Homework is due at the beginning of class.
- Late homework without an approved excuse (illness/apt) will have points deducted.
- It is your (the student's) responsibility to complete missed assignments.
- Daily assignments will be posted on my Google calendar.

1st and 2nd quarter late assignments are worth 75%.
3rd and 4th quarter late assignments are worth 50%.
- You can only submit late work up to the last week before the quarter ends. I won't accept late work during the final week of any quarter. Any work "missing" will convert to zeroes. If work is still missing during the final week of the quarter, it will be completed at the end of each quarter during our team Opportunity Day, but again, it will not receive credit to be entered into the grade book.
