Welcome Students and Parents!!

 

As I begin my 20th year at Hudson High School, I am excited about teaching 3 sections of Geometry and 2 sections of Honors Precalculus. 

 

* 1st and 10th period are Honors Precalculus. 

 

* 2nd, 7/8th and 9th are Geometry.  I will be co-teaching Geometry with Mr. Milligan.  I have been teaching Geometry for a number of years.  This is my 12th year co-teaching (Geometry) and my 8th year co-teaching with Mr. Paul Milligan.  In previous years, I have taught Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Inclusion Algebra 1 and Contemporary Mathematics.

 

 

My family has lived in Hudson for a little over 23 years. I have been married to my husband, Steve, for 34+ years and we have two sons.  My son, Brian, is in his fourth year of medical school at VCOM in Blacksburg, VA and is currently doing his rotations in a hospital system in Abingdon, VA.  Brian graduated from Miami University in 2017 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering/Premed.  My younger son, Kevin, graduated in 2020 from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland also with a Biomedical Engineering/Premed degress. For the last two years, he took his MCAT and worked to gain experience.  This August, he began his journey as a first year med student at The Ohio State University. 

 

We also have an 8-year old chocolate Lab (Hank), a lively 4-year old German Shorthaired Pointer (Scout) and a cranky 11-year old calico cat (Cali).

 

In my free time, I like to golf, hike, kayak, travel, ski and spend time with my family (doing all of these things).
