Click here for latest HHSMA Newsletter.About Us (Hudson High School Music Association)The objectives of Hudson High School Music Association (HHSMA) are to build and maintain an organization which will benefit students of the Music Program at Hudson High School, and to cooperate where able with the Music Directors in motivating and maintaining an enthusiastic interest in the various phases of music activity.Parents of students enrolled in the High School Music Programs are considered HHSMA active members. General Meetings of HHSMA are scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month starting in August and the final meeting is in May. Parents are highly encouraged to attend these meetings.The HHS Music Association has two overall fundraisers every year (individual branches may have more):
- Concession Volunteer: The HHSMA has joined up with the Sports Boosters to run each sporting and music event at HHSMA. The HHSMA is responsible for 50% of all volunteers for the concessions. Each volunteer earns $25 for their organization, PLUS HHSMA also gets 50% of the profits that are then split within the 4 "branches" of the Music Association (Band, Choir, Jazz & Orchestra).
- Tag Day: Band, Choir Jazz and Orchestra students will participate in the Hudson High School Music Association TAG DAY by canvassing our neighborhoods asking for donations. Each home will receive a tag containing the Hudson High School music schedule for the 2017-2018 school year. All contributions go toward the equipment and supplies needed to support our music program and to keep our fantastic students looking and sounding good no matter where they go! Each group receives a proportionate share of the funds collected.
HHSMA is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization.
Stoller Butterbraid Pastry
Fundraiser runs from NOW through Monday, October 19, when order forms and envelopes are due in class. Delivery of product is November 17, 8:30-11:00 am at HHS. Bring a cooler if you have a lot of orders to deliver!
