- Current lease/rental agreement
- Purchase Agreement/Mortgage Agreement
- Closing Documents such as Closing Disclosure or Settlement Statement
- Title
- Deed
- Voter Registration Card
- Current Property Tax Statement

Building Secretary at McDowell, Ellsworth, East Woods
Guidance Secretary at Hudson Middle School
Records Secretary at Hudson High School
Once both the affidavit and proof are received, the students' records are updated along with Final Forms and Transportation.
