Hammond Construction selected as Construction Manager at Risk!

The Board of Education has hired Hammond Construction as the Construction Manager at Risk for the district's $81.55 million construction of the new Middle School and renovations to Ellsworth Hill, McDowell, East Woods and Evamere.

Hammond Construction specializes in K-12 school construction and renovations. They are a very safety conscience and community oriented company. Hammond will be responsible for the managment of the projects, including cost estimate and control of each project, construction, renovation, and hiring of specific contractors needed that may be outside of those directly provided by Hammond.
